- RVRick VolkmanFeb 21, 20265.0We chose to stay here because they have rooms with a hot tub facing the TV. It was glorious. Breakfast at the Amber Grill was much better than typical hotel breakfasts. Sarah was adept at keeping up conversations with multiple tables and seemed to genuinely care about our experience there. We will return.

The room was okay and worked for what we needed but the entire hotel felt old and outdated, the receptionist was not very friendly and clearly burnt out. The pool itself was freezing cold, both the water and pool room. They did offer to use the pool across the street but it was a significant walk outside in the cold weather with young kids. The fridge in the room was not cold, we had to use coolers we brought to keep our food cold. There is NO hot tub or slide either even though one of the first few photos on google shows a slide and hot tub. The entire pool area felt disgusting, the floor of the pool needs to be replaced including cracked grates that are a hazard. The location is great but there are several other hotels to utilize in the area!
- PFPaul FFeb 8, 20261.0No slide. No hot tub. Pool had ALOT dirt and rocks in it. Pool floor was chipped up all over. Bloody snot kleenex on the floor in bathroom from last people. Stains all over in bathroom. Fireplace fan bearings shot so loud. Mini fridge very loud. Can hear the elevator every time some one gets in and out and im 10 rooms away from it. No free breakfast even tho I got 2 rooms over 300$. Gap under door to hallway so hear everything. TV remote didnt work. Bed was alright pillows felt old and used up.
