  This was the best Best Western I have ever stayed at! The rooms were spotless. And the staff was very hospitable and polite. It's going to be hard to find a better place than this!

  Absolutely a great experience. We arrived late at night with no reservations. Two exhausted toddlers, and our 2 big dogs. No other hotels on our 6 hr commute allowed dogs or charged more $100. I asked what time the pool closes and its a 24 hr pool unless your a parent. Then they said it closes when we want it to.😉 The pool and hot tub were perfect. Breakfast was very decent and plenty of options. Rooms were clean. They didn't have any smells of perfume or filth. Beds were comfy. Definitely staying here again.

  You would think for as much as you pay to stay one Friday night that everything would be clean and in working condition. BOY WAS I WRONG! I went to take a shower before checking out tried to adjust the already weired funky shower head and water sprayed everywhere and I mean everywhere. I asked my husband to let the front desk know and all he was told "yup I can let maintenance know." So i had the keep the shower head down as if I was 3ft 4inches tall. I figured ok well the shower curtain is closed so when I adjust it to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of my hair worst case it sprays the curtain but water still stays in the bathtub. WRONG AGAIN!!!! Water shot everywhere up and over the curtain the ceiling the door and where did I set my clean clothes? On the closed toilet seat that was now soaked with water along with the toilet paper the walls everything. So now I got to put on wet clothes and go out in 10° weather with it still snowing and wind blowing. I always make sure I never leave a mess keep used towels together even tie up my garbages at places I stay at and I dont feel like im asking to much to stay in in a hotel that is clean friendly and in working order. The man working when I was checking in was wonderful very polite and friendly but when there is an issue that comes up with something that isn't working properly and all we get is yup I can let maintenance know doesn't do much and me just getting over being sick and still fatigue didnt have the energy the time want or ambition to argue with the lady at the front desk especially having to put wet clothes on and go out in the cold. So Im ok with driving a few extra miles to stay somewhere else because what I paid for 1 night wasn't worth the frustration and uncomfortable position I was put it.

  This was an awesome stay, food was great and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Left my air pods in the sheets and they mailed them back to me. Thanks for making out stay great.

  Matt is the absolute best. Checked us in late night and even offered a late night pizza. Above and beyond!
