It was rocky at first but the person that checked us in corrected it and it ended up being a pleasant stay. The room was clean. They didn't have any housekeeping on Chrisymas eve or Christmas Day but the front desk person got what we needed when I asked. They even had hot cocoa area across from the front desk. It was delicious. Breakfast was good. I got my biscuits n gravy once, Otherwise it was a cheese omlette and pork sausages. They also had cinnamon rolls, muffins, fruit, bagels, cold and hot cereal, diced potatoes, yogurt, bagels, chocolate and white milk, or, apple juice, water, coffee which was available 24/7. The room was awesome. They had all kinds of USB ports for charging things. I loved the way the room was set up. Staff was very talkative and nice to talk to. They even have wheelchair people covered in the pool. There's a machine that will lift them into the water and back out. Just a very pleasant place to stay. They even have a room for deaf people to stay. There's a doorbell for all of the handicapped rooms. There's a workout room even. No hot tub though but the pool is nice. There's even water toys in there for people to play with. I will definitely be staying there again.

We never had chocolate milk in any of the 10 hotels that we stayed at. We will be back,nice and local from randomlake. Im happy with the price of the hotel room

This place is just 10min from the main locations in Sheboygan. Highly recommend this hotel for the best customer service. :-)
