We welcome you to our brand-new Holiday Inn Express & Suites! Sauk City is proud to be the first incorporated City in the State of Wisconsin, and our hotel is within walking distance to the historic downtown. For our year-round recreation enthusiasts, you will want to explore the River Walk, which is part of the Great Sauk Trail that links Sauk City to Devil’s Lake State Park. In the Winter months our guests enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and tubing at Devil’s Head Ski Resort, which is only 15 minutes from our hotel. Over the summer months you will enjoy breathtaking views from the bluffs and nature in four State Parks in our backyard.

- JCJennifer ConnerFeb 3, 20263.0The reason I gave it 3 stars is because they had no vending machines, the pool & pool room weren't very warm (stayed in January), and there were no towels in the pool room. Also there was only 1 small hook in the bathroom to hang your clothes/ towels on.

Has a medium size pool that has views to the outside. Excellent options for breakfast! 24 hr available fresh ground coffee options. Rooms spacious & clean. Sidewalks spotless even during recent snow, safe walking to entrance. Highly recommend if needing a relaxing stay in the area for leisure or if in the are for medical services @ the state of the art hospital a few minutes away!!!
