  At time of booking, the person who took our reservation was super accommodating and we were pleased but that is where the pleasure ended. Upon arrival on the 13th of February at 4:00 PM, the attendant was rude and dismissive. We actually had to ask him what room we were in because he never said. His reply when asked was "it's in the card wallet" he couldnt even tell us the number, just "it's in the card wallet". I then asked which door would be best to use and he pointed at the front door and said "it's right there". I'll have you know that our room was literally the farthest one away from the front door and we should have been given a more convenient entrance. The next issue, and this is with a different desk attendant who was working the PM shift - We had other family members also staying here the same night as we were in town for a sporting competition. The rest of our family arrived at about 9:00 PM and they had with them their month old child. They needed to wait over 30 minutes to check in as the hotel literally only had TWO staff members working all night. Two people to cover everything on a Friday night with sporting events in town and one of the staff was just a shuttle driver who couldnt do anything but pick up folks at the airport. The reason my daughter and one month old grand daughter had to wait over 30 minutes to check in was because the person who should have been working the desk was left trying to fix a heater in a room so the front desk was left unattended for over half an hour. Who on earth schedules two people to work a Friday night, with one just being a shuttle driver??? There were at least a half dozen unhappy guests milling around and complaining in the lobby waiting for service. The shuttle driver kept saying that it wasn't their fault because they only scheduled the two of them for the night. This poor service was NOT the fault of the PM attendant but the hotel as a whole. The rude service from the daytime attendant was solely on him. The room was clean and the food in the restaurant was great but the service here was a joke!

  Paul at the front desk rocked it! Super kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and fresh and the suite was huge!

  The room is outstanding bed is very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk Paul service was impeccable very courteous and accommodating. He needs a raise!! I'm very impressed with the way he handled my situation thank you

  Just beware that this hotel doesn’t not offer continental breakfast, and the staff is extremely rude. Speaking mostly about the woman working the front desk on the morning on 1/26/26. It’s honestly the first time I’ve ever seen this. For the money they charge there are better options in the area.

  First off the desk clerks morning and night were such sweet people! However,How this Hotel Stands a 4.3 rating is BEYOND me. Ive been a diamond member with IHG for 4 years. I will NEVER reccomend or book at this location again in the future until they do a better job cleaning the rooms. Before I get a follow up comment "im sorry the cleanliness wasnt up to your standards. Room 316 Ill let the photos speak for themselves. I hope you have a productive meeting with your staff Tim. Thank You.
