First, we found a used towel and the previous occupant's bra in the restroom of our room. There were blonde hairs on the bedspread (definitely not ours). Lastly, while the breakfast are was well stocked and ready on time, the lady that was tending the area was a loudly vocal about her personal political views. They were crass enough that my partner became very upset and required us to leave the sitting area abruptly. I will say that the check in clerk was quite helpful and informative.
