  The hotel and rooms were dirty. Room 1 had crumbs on the bed and between the sheets in addition to hairs between sheets, greasy handprints on wall, hair and spots on bathroom counter. Changed to room 2 (staff person was kind and apologetic!) and there were crumbs on the bed (in the sheets appeared clean) and the carpet appeared it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while due to stuff around the bed, only a couple smears and only one hair in the shower so decided to just deal with it. Overall the hallways, elevators, doors, walls etc were dirty. I was surprised due to cost and since it’s a newer hotel. I’m not sure if they are understaffed with housekeepers or if something else is going on. Coworker really enjoyed the breakfast the next day, but I opted to get a coffee offsite due to preference, but food looked fine.

  It is a newer place! Was there for a crochet retreat, with a few ladies. The lobby was amazing for gathering. The breakfast was great. They weren't able to keep up with breakfast and cleaning tables. I am not complaining, they were SLAMMED with sports teams. It does seem like they could use a bigger staff. Overall was pleased would definitely recommend or stay again!!

  Very nice hotel just north of town. Nothing nearby, but most of Rhinelander is within ten minutes. It's about two years old and in great condition. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub are well kept, too. Breakfast is included and is better than most; they have a cool pancake machine that prepares them to order, cheese omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, etc. The coffee machine in the lobby grinds the beans to make a cup each time. Very nice.

  I had a wonderful 3-night stay with our youth travel hockey team. Location was great...just a minute away from the rink. From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Staying three nights really gave us a chance to appreciate how consistently well-kept the hotel is. The rooms were spotless, the beds were cozy, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and feel at home. Pool was clean. Hot tub was actually HOT. A very special shoutout to Tina! She was absolutely amazing and incredible. You can genuinely tell she loves her job and takes pride in making every guest feel welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her positive, friendly attitude truly made our stay even better. It’s rare to meet someone who brings that level of warmth and professionalism every single day. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Rhinelander for any tournaments and highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!
