Super friendly wanted to adopt my nephew who just got married. Big group of us this for his wedding and they were very accommodating! Lucy down in the restaurant downstairs for breakfast was also super friendly! Would deffibately stay there again!!!

- BHBash HalowOct 25, 20253.0The staff at this hotel is, for the most part, terrific but there are a number of other issues I hope management addresses: 1) You have to fix the key situation. Chronically having to return to the desk for a new key because the magnets are not working is too much of a hassle. Word on the street is that it's not just an issue with my room. 2) You have to get a cellphone signal booster for the basement where you have conferences, the breakfast room, and other facilities. Guests spend a lot of time down there and they need cellular service 3) By all means, charge for the breakfast, but upgrade it from the usual free fare you get elsewhere. The 12 dollar breakfast cost deserves more than the premade frozen stuff you thaw out and put in warmers 4) the conference room needs selective dimmer switches so that people can see the screen and some kind of audio equipment to connect to a mic or the computer. In closing, I'm not trying to dissuade guests from this hotel. It's clear the management cares on many levels and the nearby restaurants are great as is the location, but if you believe you will be affected by the issues I addressed, then you may find a stay at this hotel needling.
