- GJGreg JaegerNov 14, 20251.0Awful. My room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking room. Dry wall in the bathroom was clearly damaged. Toilet was not clean. I reached out to BestWestern to see if I could at least get a partial refund. They called me and and told me to email someone the pictures I took and said I should hear back in a couple of days. It's been at least two weeks now and nothing.

Its more like the very lowest budget places with so many people hanging around all hours. Definitely don't recommend.

Per il resto, abbiamo trovato Lenzuola ingiallite, copriletto sporco, tenda della vasca gialla, la fattura non è stata fatta; inoltre nella struttura si aggirano persone particolari. Le camere non sono mai state pulite per tutto il nostro soggiorno, tranne 1 volta che lo abbiamo richiesto.
- RRReannaOct 29, 20251.0My husband, kids and I stayed here 10/24/25-10/27/25 and when we were getting ready to leave on Monday we noticed that there was mold on the lamp shade next to the bed (the lamp shade with the mold part on it was facing towards the wall so it wasn’t able to be seen unless it was moved and the other mold we found was in the ac/heating unit.The staff didn’t want to do their jobs either my husband went outside to the car and came back up the stairs and when he came back he noticed the vending machine was shattered and glass was everywhere we told the front desk they came up 30 mins later and put a caution sign up and very poorly swept the glass(there was still glass in the hallway leading to the stairs and glass all over in front of the vending machine and ice machine and wasn’t clean till 8-10 hours later. There was also a few cigarette buns on the bedding and all you could smell walking in the building was cigarettes.(hotel was booked under my husbands name)
