  Kelly was working at the front desk and checked me in asked me if there was anything needed. Made me feel very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

  It's a nice hotel just the smell by the elevator is all they could refresh that area

  Zero customer service skills and zero resolution. Your fee's and when they are charged is unclear. Threatening to call the police on someone over the phone for questioning these fees is unacceptable. You lied to your customer relations department and no one is offering a resolution. I'll be sure to never stay at best western again and ill be sure my friends and family do the same. Kellie do better, your ability to handle customer related issues is poor at best. You blew this way out of proportion and your quick jump to calling the police leads me to believe you have done this to other customers before. That is irresponsible and dangerous, not to mention the waste of community resources and tax payer dollars. Edit in response: im not trying to get into a he said she said with and I'd appreciate if you kept your words out of my mouth at no point did I say I'd have you fired and me saying you dont want me to go down there would be in reference to this being what I thought should be a simple matter that could be handled the phone. I'll also add what is and isn't in the fine print isn't entirely my issue when one of your employees told me to my face that the option had been added to the account and was taken care of. I never even made a demand of you, I came at you confused and frustrated as anyone would be when it seems that they are being double charged for the service. Fortunately I never plan on doing business with best western again so ill never have to be berated by your abhorrent attitude.

  Very nice hotel to stay in. Good pool size for the kids. I definitely would come and stay again.

  Awful. My room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking room. Dry wall in the bathroom was clearly damaged. Toilet was not clean. I reached out to BestWestern to see if I could at least get a partial refund. They called me and and told me to email someone the pictures I took and said I should hear back in a couple of days. It's been at least two weeks now and nothing.
