Cleaning staff left some nuts under the couch from previous occupant and I awoke to a half dozen roaches on kitchen counter, floors, and in cabinets. Staff did promptly move me to a different room, but disgusting nonetheless. Staff was very polite and rooms were both large and comfortable. And cheap, I suppose that’s the risk you take when you save $50 😂

Despite specifically requesting and being promised a quiet room at the back of the hotel on the main floor, we were instead placed directly next to the elevator and in front of the breakfast area, easily the noisiest spot in the building. We got absolutely no rest. The elevator ran nonstop through the night, and the early morning breakfast crowd made it impossible to sleep. This is not what you expect when staying at an IHG hotel. To make matters worse, after being misplaced by staff, I tried contacting the hotel manager to resolve the issue. The claim was rejected with no refund and no attempt to make things right — just a flat-out denial of responsibility. As a loyal IHG customer, I’m extremely disappointed. I’ll be contacting IHG corporate to report this experience and escalate further. I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel unless you enjoy loud hallways and zero accountability.
