- CWCharmaine WrightDec 23, 20251.0I’m a platinum member and normally get honored a waive of incidental if I add consecutive nights to my reservation. I asked for that accommodation and was denied. Platinum status was not recognized, nor my welcome amenity. Stained bathroom floor mats and the customer service was stale. Front desk is not welcoming don’t explain anything just take your money and hand over keycards. I came for the holiday to spend with my family I will never stay at a candlewood suites again. Sales person told the front person they can’t waive my second night incidental as general manager was not in office. Once again I’m a platinum member and wasn’t acknowledged not felt like my loyalty meant nothing to them here. Overall score is a 1 for me. I will never be back there.

Not a complaint, but it might startle the hell out of you in a half-asleep, middle of the night excursion. No breakfast, but a workout room and a little lobby bodega, so I'm happy and will stay here again.

The location is a mile or so from any type of store you may need. Also, its pet friendly with a beautiful dog/people walking path. Love it here! P.s. The beds are to die for! 😀
