Floors paper thin. Noise all night long 2 nights in a row. And 3x staying here in this year and it has had distributive or excessive nearby room noises to some extent every-time. Wanna a peaceful sleep then I recommend you don't stay here. Hotel is super outdated as well. Staff is C- at best. Restaurant is really the only positive of this hotel. And younger kids would likely enjoy very old but the indoor pool but you have a different crowd with that pool and very dated rooms of poor old conditions.

Clean and updated hotel with AMAZING amenities. 2 hot tubs with one outside. Onsite gaming room for kids and adults alike. If within 60 miles, YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!

Great place to stay. We spent 5 days here then headed up state for a day and couldn't find a place as good, as the bar had been set so high. We drove back down to Neenah to spend one more night here, and it was great. Pool's nice, outdoor hot tub (fantastic in the rain and snow by the way!), game room for the kids... 5 stars for the price.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and warm. The rooms were a great size. I stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites and I HIGHLY recommend it! The luxury of watching TV while taking a soak is incredible. The location is also easy to find and not too far from everything. The rooms were also really well sound proofed between each other. I could hear guests in the hall of course, but I never had any disruption from adjacent rooms. I appreciated that when I requested my garbage changed out, the housekeeping staff refreshed my towels as well. That was a nice surprise! Overall I loved staying here!

Came up for a Packers game. We booked kind of late so we were surprised to see this place still had decently priced rooms available. It's also an acceptable distance from Green Bay. We reserved a suite with a kitchenette and separate lounging area with its own TV, spa, and fireplace. Super convenient when one person wakes up earlier. Not sure what I can say that no one else has already said besides I love that they have purple "makeup" towels to wash your face when the towelettes aren't enough. I only wear eye make-up but would feel guilty even if I got a little spot on a white towel. These are dark purple! Brilliant consideration of the guests and housekeepers alike! There are cleansers available if you forgot yours. Everything seemed clean and refreshed. The arcade was pretty neat. Washer and dryer by the elevators. And, a mini-shop by the front desk. For anyone traveling via EV, they have 4 charging cables/spots through Blink.
On another note, there were 2-3 people at the front desk but always one person avoiding guests both days. The older, heavier woman with reddish/brown hair in casual dress would be behind the desk (at a computer), see people walk up, and not address them at all. I've traveled to more than 70 countries and it's ridiculous to not even get any acknowledgement--even as a line is forming towards the exit. Hotels in 3rd world countries have better customer service than whoever this woman is. A "Good morning, I'll be right with you" or "Hi, the next associate will take care of you when they're available" goes a long way. We both worked in hospitality for about 10 years each. And yes, one of us ran the front desk at a hotel. Her behavior is abhorrent. If you're training or managing the books, do so in a private office. Or, at least, address your guests. If you don't like people, get another job. These guests are how you get paid. The other, younger girl at the desk was very pleasant and thorough. Promote her.
