  I had a very positive experience at this hotel in March. However, that dramatically changed when attempting to block rooms for a family gathering. What was a simple request regarding the quoted price, turned into at least three voicemails and three emails with no response from the Rooms Revenue Manager, Barbara. It was a very frustrating experience. Due to the lack of basic customer service and professionalism, I would not recommend this hotel for any size gathering. They have lost me as a customer at this location and The Copperleaf-Appleton, which they also own.

  Great staycation area with pool, mini golf, restaurant and a good location for other activities near by.

  This is a top-notch property that offers so many things to do. We love that there is an outdoor hot tub and a restaurant connected so we never had to leave. We were there to relax and unwind, and this property truly has it all! Clean, well-priced, and very professionally run.

  Very disappointed! My family booked 4 rooms, was told they would be connected, were not. 1 was a handicapped which we didnt need. It was smelly and the bath had mold in the tub and on the shower curtain, gross. We didnt have enough towels in the room and when asked for extras were told they werent allowed to do that, no bottled water , only 2 coffee packets, again didnt get more. Didnt even realize there was no complimentary breakfast, what a joke for price...not even an offer to clean the room.... the pool was ok, but the outside portion, WELL, someone pooped in it and we weren't told until after the fact and saw chunks whirling around. They sent the copy of our bill online to my daughter with the wrong price. I called and asked them to please email me a copy and never received it. Will not ever be staying there again. And actually I wouldn't give 1 star but had to so it would post.....

  Very accommodating. Clean rooms. Spacious. Modern. Stayed in 2 room jacuzzi suite. They have ann outdoor hot tub! Office staff and Management was great to work with. Initially booked three nights, had to leave a day early unexpectedly due to a sick kiddo back home. Management was understanding and refunded me the night we had to cancel. Really appreciated it since I had other things to worry about. Didn’t get a chance to eat at the connected restaurant. But do know Qdoba delivers! Oh, also spoke with housekeeping in the hallway, super friendly bunch of folks! They take care in cleaning your room! We will be back! :-)
