  The staff is very nice but very non communicative. I called because I came into town and needed a place to stay with my 3 kids and fiancée. I spoke to a man name Tyler two days before coming into town. I specifically wanted a hotel with a pool and breakfast. When I spoke to Tyler, he gave me the price of the hotel, which wasn’t bad at all And I asked if there was a deposit and he replied no I then asked Tyler if we could check in early he replied with yes, but there’s a $25 extra fee which I was completely fine with. The day that I got into town I called the hotel back and spoke to Tyler again. He then informed me that if I paid in cash, it would be $100 deposit. No biggie. I went and put the cash on my card. I put exactly $120 on my card to pay for the whole hotel. When I arrived at 12:30 I was told the pool was shut down and that we probably couldn’t use it until later at night or early in the morning Depending if they could find the hole in the pool. I tried to look for a different hotel because the kids were upset But couldn’t find nothing so we just decided to stay. I asked Tyler if we could maybe get a discount for not being able to use the pool. His response was, I could ask my manager. I don’t see it being a big deal. Tyler came back to ring me up, and he only rang me out for 89.00. So I assumed I got the discount. I took the rest of the money that was on my card and I went and got Lunch for my kids and my fiancé and I. I had $60 left in My account after I paid everything and got lunch. I took my Kiddos To five below to get somethings. My total at five Below was 70 something dollars so I had to pay two ways. I use the card that I used at the hotel and imagine to my surprise It got denied even though the cashier put it for $60 exactly for that card. Imagine me looking at my account and the $25 being removed about three hours later, so I’m standing in the store not being able to pay for things. When I got back to the hotel, I talked to the front desk, guy, Sam, and we got into a huge fight. I said you guys didn’t have permission to do that and his response was you guys owe us money. I told him that Tyler didn’t take it off when he was supposed to. I specifically put a certain amount on that account to pay for the whole hotel. Tyler only charged me $89 So, how was that my fault? Sam replied and blamed it on Tyler and said that Tyler didn’t know how to charge the early check-in!!!! I was above livid. After being lied to you about the deposit, Not having a pool to swim, and dealing with what I dealt with at the store, everything blew up. I ended up leaving the hotel before things got heated. I lost out of $115 didn’t even get to use the pool and was only there for four hours. Again the staff is nice I will give them that, but they really need to communicate better and find people who know how to actually do their job. I will never return here again And for everybody that goes there, watch your account and make sure you get all the information because they will do shady stuff. It’s so sad because their staff was very friendly, And the hotel is very clean Unfortunately, they are very non-communicative about information about the hotel and they do shady things and this is why I won’t return. So it’s a great hotel to go to just watch your backs.

  Never go to the hotel ever I’m sorry to say but first of all the pool didn’t work and when we walked in, it had a strong smell and when we went to five below, we went to go pay I mean my mom went to go pay. They snatched like $30 off her account so we went back and we left the breakfast looks good I’m sorry have a good day

  Great Hotel, Stayed for about a month and really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast in the morning and very good variety. Waffles, cereals, bagels, fruits and more. Room was quite spacious and front desk service is very nice. The gym has a good solid variety of exercise equipment and laundry is on site but takes about 2.50 each 🪙. Very greatly place as the shopping center is 7-8 minutes away and a good 10 min drive to the highway and a bowling alley and food across. However pool is out of service but overall a great experience . 9/10 Will definetly stop by again.

  I found a bedbug on my daughter's bed the second day we were there, and she came home with a lot of bites. Pool is not filled so that is out of order. Breakfast was ok, not a ton of selection but decent enough to get you through until lunch. Our room seemed to have new carpet, but the bathroom was pretty beat up. This hotel would not be my first choice to stay again.

  Booked online because I had to go to conference for work. I got a great price. The Hotel had been recently painted and updated. The staff was great. Very helpful and professional. The breakfast was good.
