- SSSharon SvenkJan 4, 20264.0Traveling with Husband during his work as OTR Driver & fortunately he was able to park Semi Truck with Trailer in Parking lot however if parking lot had been full it would not have been possible to park Truck with Trailer...only recommend Box Truck or Bob tail. Property was quite..safe & clean...Room was nice & clean..Breakfast was ok with warm eggs..sausage..gravy..oatmeal etc Upon check in Lady at Desk was ok but not informative. Overall our stay was good!
- JEJessica EscobarDec 14, 20251.0I had a HORRIBLE experience with the front desk manager regarding a reservation I had. She was super rude, unprofessional and uncooperative. I had a reservation for a whole month. She canceled the whole reservation after I stated I was not able to check in for one night but I was able to come check in the next day. She could have been more considerate seeing that I had a 30 day reservation and not canceled the whole stay. This is not how you should treat your guests who are far away from their home and family. She hung up on me as soon as she canceled the whole reservation. I called back and she did not so whoever help accommodate me for the rest of my monthly reservation. I called for the 4th time to speak to the manager and it was the same lady I spoke to. I was left with no room for the rest of the month and thus I called she told me very abruptly “ you can find another hotel to stay at”. This happened the night of December 13th. I hope this manager doesn’t treat all guests this way.
