I found two bedbugs Under the pillow and sheets, I called to the attendant at the front desk and he told me to take a picture of it. I took a picture of the bugs and I went down and they gave me another room when I showed them the bedbugs. After I talk to management, they promised to give me 70000 points which I never receive, they tried to tell me the that there were no bedbugs when clearly I have the evidence that there were why the front desk attendant move me to another room I would never stay in that hotel ever again. The pool is very small. I don’t like that part either.

Other than not being able to get a good night sleep, had a wonderful stay without issue. Check in easy. Had snacks and coffee available in lobby when we checked in at 8pm. Snacks were excellent after a long drive, stuck in 3 hour traffic jam in Chicago. Free breakfast was delicious with variety of options.
