Her staff were super accommodating for our group and immediately helped us with a couple rooms while we rearranged our trip. They were near or at capacity but moved things around and made things work for us which ultimately salvaged our vacation to the area! Kristen understands Customer Service and that is rare! Thank you BWP, Kristen & Team!

We had to leave to give the room time to warm up. They asked when we would arrive so they should turn the heat on before that to make the room comfortable.
