    My husband I needed a room for 1 night. 3/21-3-22. The check-in was fast, and friendly. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The lobby was very nice and quiet, I only wish the owners would take into consideration that not everyone wants to see Fox News playing on every T.V. in the public areas. It would have been nice to see some alternate news stations at times.

    Booked this hotel for an early flight with my family, but never again. I am Diamond Elite, and recieved an email saying I was given an upgrade for my room, then when we arrive they didn't have it anymore, because someone who arrived before us recieved it instead. Like, why bother with an email? Next up, no parking due to the hotel being at capacity, and was told we could drive and park on the road, seriously they told me to park on the road, mind you their Diamond parking had cars that were not even Diamond. Get to our room and find no bedding for the pullout couch our daughter was going to use, so we call down from the 3rd floor to request bedding and were told we'd have to come get it ourselves. Do better IHG, going forward we'll be using our status at Hilton or Marriott. Please don't bother with a canned response, I dont need to be patronized. Edit: You do not care nor do you plan to follow up on the issue. I asked you not to patronize me, yet you did anyways which sums up my experience..

    Its a nice room and a very user friendly airport shuttle. Did not have to hardly wait going or coming from the airport.

    The room was decent. However, the elevator was broken while we were here. No where was that advised before booking, nor was a discount offered when we had to climb to the 3rd floor with our bags. Also, parking was awful, the lot was completely full of cars parked from the airport. In return, we had to park in the very back parking lot and walk around the building to get in. Not to mention my girlfriend is handicap with a broken foot!
