  The wood below the bathroom sink FELL OFF THE SINK and crushed my big toe/foot while I was simply brushing my teeth. I was in tears, the pain was horrible, so I called the front desk. They sent a manager who had me fill out an accident form, and she gave us free breakfast coupons - for a free breakfast that was already included in our room rate. That was Saturday March 28th. My toe and food ended up being extremely bruised, and I had a limp for the duration of my stay. When we went to check out on Sunday 3/29 they said they would credit us $50 on our room, a Holiday Inn rep would be calling us, but they refused to give us a copy the receipt or the credit. Today is Sunday April 5th, my toe is still bruised and extremely sore - Holiday Inn has not credited us the $50 - and absolutely no one from corporate has reached out to us at all. Id not stay here...they clearly dont care if you are injured on their property due to their negligence. A sink should not just FALL APART and slam to floor, crushing a guests foot...thats like bare minimum expectations. BUT IF THAT HAPPENS, they need to care, they need to address it properly, and they need to not sweep you under the rug.

  Everything is 5 star. The young lady at the counter was so knowledgeable about the place and I felt comfortable.Danniell I think her name is awesome stay.

  The property smelled of Marijuana heavily at night. The breakfast was not stocked very well and messy. Not really worth the price. The rooms were clean, well stocked, and the beds and linens were clean and soft. The pool was very small and basic. The location was great. The bar staff was fantastic. The manager seemed to not want to help their very stressed employee at the desk who assigned another couple to our room at the same time.

  Both nights I was there I watched the police come and remove people from the hotel. I wouldn't go back.

  Well, this particular hotel would have received better reviews from me if they weren’t charging $16 plus tax per person for their little to nothing breakfast buffet. Also, the rooms are not up to par. The sink was stopped up when we got there they promptly unclogged it and the shower curtain had holes in it. It just wasn’t what I thought it was going to be, but I did pay $88 for tonight. Next time, I’m going to go to the Hampton Inn like I’ve always have which is about four blocks down the road it’s newer updated and more modern so Hampton Inn please don’t up your prices.
