  We booked this hotel because of the pool area for our young daughter as a fun spring break activity. The pool room was colder than the regular hotel hallway and the water was freezing. I asked the weekend staff at the front desk about it twice and they said they were having issues with the fans to maintain the humidity and the pool water would heat up if the humidity was fixed. They called maintenance to look into but the issue was not resolved during our stay. We also had our key cards deactivated the second day we were there and told not all people that prep the cards make sure the cards will work past the 1st day of the stay. Our room also reeked of weed, so my daughter and I stayed elsewhere during the second night. Wendy the manager did give us a free night and I want to thank her for that. She is kind and professional. The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast. I’m just disappointed that the reason we booked was for our daughter to have fun in the pool, but it wasn’t in good working order that weekend and I wish we would have been notified beforehand.

  That was the worst experience I’ve had in my life at any IHG hotel. I had to cancel my reservation and walk due to the behavior of their staff. She was unprofessional, and so rude. He has no manner and doesn’t even know to welcome her guest or address them. I was wondering if their staff undergo any training at all?

  We booked a room before a flight at Milwaukee airport. Paid $50 to park and all went well on the shuttle to the airport. We returned to the airport after our trip and couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the front desk to pick us up and get us back to the hotel. Have been waiting over an hour. No one answering front desk phone. Reservations/Guest services not helpful. Would not recommend!!!

  Booked a two bedroom, with our reservation for 2 adults and 4 kids, 6 people total. We were given three towels, three wash rags. Called the front desk to ask for more and was told to come get them. She then called back to say she can only give me two towels and everything else is in the laundry and won’t be washed until tomorrow, which we will be checked out by then. I asked if she could get towels from another room that was not occupied and that was a quick no. I asked for a manager/supervisor and that was also a quick no and that they wouldn’t be in until tomorrow which is again, too late.

  We had a staycation with family at this location recently. Upon arrival you’re forced to sign a code of conduct agreement. Front desk staff presents the agreement with a threatening tone. Definitely sets the mood for the rest of the stay. Two of our rooms had empty shampoo, empty conditioner and empty body wash. I’d take my business elsewhere.
