  Desastre!. Ubicación buena. Habitación bien. Servicio desastroso. La recepcionista un despropósito, llegamos pronto se supone que la habitación estaba lista. Faltaba la cama supletoria por hacer, se le informó de ello, pero al al volver 5 horas después la habitación seguía igual. Sobre las 3 am salta el aire acondicionado que está pegado a la cama supletoria con un ruido y un frío horribles. (Imposible apagar esta programado). Misma recepcionista a la mañana siguiente… El desastre continúa, no sabe explicarte los cargos, te cobra y no especifica el que… También te informa que la cama te la tienes que hacer tú, que ellos te dejan las sabanas(que tampoco estaban). Creo que este tema no viene especificando en booking… Conclusión, si quieres no salir furioso y disgustado de tu viaje… Este desde luego NO es tu hotel!!.

  Rooms are nice and clean. Friendly staff. Only reason service gets 4 stars is because we cant get their wifi to work on the xbox. Gotta use hotspot

  This hotel is very untrustworthy. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a hotel. I placed a reservation over a month ago. I was told I would not be charged until check-in however I was charged immediately after booking and the money never returned to my account so that was the 1st lie. After I received an email stating everything was paid for and we were good to go. I was told I could cancel anytime up to the 16th free of charge which was fine but 2 days after the 16th had passed I received an email from the hotel stating I would needed to pay either $25 to park for the night and not be able to leave or pay $40 and could come and go as I please. I called to get this figure out because I thought we were all paid off. The manager Rebecca stated there was nothing she could do for me in the situation and told me I could try to find a place to park on one of the streets around the hotel. Given Milwaukees history I dont feel comfortable leaving my vehicle on the st all night and unfortunately the hotel could care less about that and told me there was nothing the could or would do to fix the problem. Again would highly recommend finding a hotel that actually cares about the customers.
