The room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly during my stay. No complaints at all—overall, a very good experience.

I'm diamond with IHG and Hilton, I've spent over 200 nights this year at hotels and this is probably the 3rd worst name brand hotel I've had the displeasure of staying in. Extremely dated room, smells like mildew and sadness, and the wall mounted thermostat appears to be an attempt at decorating because it certainly didn't work. Disappointed that IHG allows hotels like this to disparage the brand. Only perks are that it was cheap and close to the airport. Extremely glad I'm only here for 7 hours.

The night clerk made sure we were seated for a late dinner. Our waitress was wonderful and provided discounts for our meal. They also threw in some extras condiments for our morning coffee. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice stay and pleasant end to a long day. Thanks to Holiday Inn and their staff.

They moved us to 211 come to find out there was mold all over the lamp shades and by the bed. Sadly I asked for some kind of offer for all this inconvenience and they offered me 10.00 as on 10% I am very disappointed and frustrated as a rewards member this isn’t far the most horrible experience I have had with a hotel. They don’t care what happens to customers or how they feel. The lady manager was very rude and seemed to act as if this is normal. I will be contacting DHS since they refused to help me for all this. I should not have to pay to stay with broken things or heal hazards.
