Its a nice room and a very user friendly airport shuttle. Did not have to hardly wait going or coming from the airport.

The room was decent. However, the elevator was broken while we were here. No where was that advised before booking, nor was a discount offered when we had to climb to the 3rd floor with our bags. Also, parking was awful, the lot was completely full of cars parked from the airport. In return, we had to park in the very back parking lot and walk around the building to get in. Not to mention my girlfriend is handicap with a broken foot!

Stayed here for about three weeks and they never came in to clean my room despite me calling the front desk multiple times. They brought me new towels and emptied my trash only after I called down but they never cleaned my room in the following days.

All the doors slam all night long. The water pressure flow restrictor in the show head slows the water to basically a trickle. Go somewhere nicer.

Do not use super plus app nor this hotel chain. I give them zero Stars, the hotel wanted a debit card on file they would not accept cashapp, chime or credit karma, you need a debit card for a deposit just so other people know before they drive from out of state and try to stay here. I'm still waiting on my refund of $330.66 since December 18th, 2025.
