  Well, this particular hotel would have received better reviews from me if they weren’t charging $16 plus tax per person for their little to nothing breakfast buffet. Also, the rooms are not up to par. The sink was stopped up when we got there they promptly unclogged it and the shower curtain had holes in it. It just wasn’t what I thought it was going to be, but I did pay $88 for tonight. Next time, I’m going to go to the Hampton Inn like I’ve always have which is about four blocks down the road it’s newer updated and more modern so Hampton Inn please don’t up your prices.

  Pictures definitely better then seeing it in person. We stayed there during the president cup volleyball tournament. Service was fine and the rooms. The pool is super cold. Not heated. Our bathroom toilet bowl to flush was broken. Had to fix it myself. We stayed there 3 nights. They took a deposit for $100. Suppose to get it back. They charged me 2 times on my Chase. Had to call Chase to confirm. Called the hotel back and they looked “into it”. Waited for like week and half for nothing. I called back and they said well our management only sees 1 charge and your $100 deposit should be back into your account. I called Chase again. They said they see 2 charges and nothing about no deposit back. I filed a claim and now I gotta call back to the hotel to see where is that $100 bucks and I might have call Chase again to file a claim for that 🤷🏻. So I guess for the people of the world watch out!

  Bathroom door didn’t close had to put garbage can In front of it. No microwave in room! Breakfast was horrible! Luckily I didn’t have to pay for it. Everything was ice cold sausage gravy, pancake, breakfast meat! There was a reason no one was eating down there! Had to ask for napkins! Never again

  Bueno les cuento ,el hotel no es acojedor en ninguna de sus areas, cerrado el bar ,el patio de las luces que da al rio cerrado ,elevador principal roto,y lo que mas me incomodo fue la piscina ,no esta climatizada ,el agua fria como un tempano,y mayormente durante el dia cerrada segun limpiandola ,a caso eso no se hace de 10 de la noche en adelante que esta cerrada la piscina,bueno no pienso venir aqui nunca mas .

  Would never book this location again, kept on getting placed on hold by front desk employee asked to speak to a manger on duty which then transferred over to the General manger named Tonya she was absolutely no help at all and tried to lie to me about a policy! I’ve had better interactions over the phone at much higher end hotels and this was a local one for me and must worse experience! Do better! Ended up canceling my reservation to avoid more disappointing experience!
