We were discriminated against retaliated against an ultimately put out of the hotel for my son being disabled. That’s not to mention the cockroaches in the room the food smeared handprints all over the walls the yogurt that was smeared up the window that I got charged a cleaning fee for mind you it was outside the windowphysically and almost verbally assaulted by the Manager’s mother

Our stay at this hotel was deeply upsetting and unacceptable, particularly due to the way my autistic son and his legally protected service animal were treated. From the start, staff questioned our service animal and told us she would need to stay in the car, which is a clear violation of ADA laws. My son’s service animal is trained to prevent elopement (running off) and is essential for his safety. The following day, we were given a noise complaint at 11:00 a.m. while we were leaving to go swimming. Staff claimed my children were “running in the hallway.” My son does elope at times — that is exactly why he has a service animal. He briefly ran down the hallway, his service dog followed, and his older sisters immediately returned both of them to the room. This situation was handled responsibly, yet we were treated as a problem rather than a family managing a disability. I was then asked to move rooms and placed on the bottom floor. As we arrived, a maintenance worker was exiting the room holding three cans of Raid insect spray. Shortly after entering, my baby began uncontrollably sneezing, there were cockroaches visible on the floor, and the room smelled strongly of backed-up sewer. I immediately requested another room due to health and safety concerns. Meanwhile, my children went swimming and sustained chemical burns from the pool. When I asked to see the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the pool chemicals — a reasonable and standard request — management refused and instead kicked us out of the hotel. We were discriminated against, exposed to unsafe living conditions, and treated with hostility rather than professionalism. This experience was traumatic for my children and completely avoidable. I strongly urge management and corporate to review this incident. Families with disabilities deserve respect, safety, and compliance with the law. I would never recommend this hotel.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare to stay in. The tv did not work, the remote was missing batteries not to mention that the hotel room was filthy. Honestly the worst part of all, they CHARGED A $250 INCIDENTAL at the door. I got my deposit back at checkout but I feel that may be dependent on your bank’s policies. I can’t imagine the strain on some people who need a good nights rest while on the road only to be met with more hassle especially if they have to wait 2-5 days for their money back. $250 incidental for ONE NIGHT is insane. Avoid at all costs and stay at the Delta further down the road.

Went for a soccer tournament that was unfortunately canceled due to a winter storm. We checked in and checked out literally 4 hrs later so we could avoid the storm. Booked thru hotels.com and manager has never been available to give them an ok for our refund. I’ve called over 5 times and front desk always tells me she isn’t in. Front desk has told me she isn’t in on weekend’s and then say she is only available weekends. Its almost been a month and neither hotel.com or I can get ahold of her.

Very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom to my room was not clean. I asked multiple times to have it clean and no one ever came. At some point our key stopped working for our room. The staff was not very helpful when it came to the urgency of fixing these problems. Very unprofessional, will not be staying here again
