  WARNING BED BUGS! Do not stay here unless you want horrible service and a headache. Pool was closed (the whole reason we stayed) and woke up in the middle of the night and saw MULTIPLE BED BUGS. Moved rooms, staff said manager would be in contact with us in the morning. Well I called many times, they wrote down my number each time and we’ve never heard back. It’s been 2 months. Not even an apology or refund for the night. I can’t believe it. Do not stay here.

  THE MOST DISGUSTING DISGRACEFUL DISRESPECTFUL HOTEL IN MILWAUKEE I EVER WENT TO! VERY RACIST!!!! VERY MUCH RACIST!!! MY DAUGHTER WENT HERE AND STAYED THE NIGHT FOR HER BIRTHDAY WITH 6 OF HER FRIENDS AND GOT THE RUDEST HOSPITALITY EVER! FIRST AND FOREMOST THEY WERE GIVING A KEY TO A ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED BY SOME OTHER PEOPLE. THEY WALKED IN ON THE PEOPLE INVADING THEM AND THEIR PRIVACY IN A ROOM THAT WAS GIVING TO THEM FROM THE FRONT DESK. THESE KIDS ARE TEENAGERS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT RACISM. THEY WENT TO GET IN THE POOL THE OTHER GUEST THAT WERE CAUCASIAN DIDNT WANT HER GRANDCHILD ON THE SIDE THEY WERE ON BECAUSE THEY WERE COLORED, NEXT MORNING THEY WENT TO EAT BREAKFAST IN THE COMMON AREA AND EVERY PERSON THAT WAS IN THERE EATING THAT WASNT COLORED THEY GOT UP AND LEFT! IM NOT SURE IF ITS THE HOTEL IN ALL OR JUST THE GUEST AND STAFF BUT I WILL BE GOING FURTHER TO GET THIS OUT SO PEOPLE CAN KNOW WHATS GOING ON AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! THIS MADE MY DAUGHTER AND HER FRIENDS FEEL SOME TYPE OF WAY AND I JUST DONT THINK THATS FAIR OR COOL AT ALL. IM VERY PISSED OFF ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING HERE TO GET TREATED UNFAIRLY;(

  Should have looked at reviews. Didn't see them until after booking. I stay in IHG properties 100+ nights a year. Lots of Holiday Inn/express all over the US and europe. When you stay in that many different locations you get a feel for where the management stays on top of things and where they don't feel committed to customer experience. This one was definitely below average. The shower was filthy. Not like a missed a spot kinda way but a hasn't been cleaned in a while kinda way. Greasy fingerprints everywhere, grime in all of the corners/shower rails, hair on the floor. No laundry detergent at the little shop. The only reason I'm here is the holiday inn towards downtown had a water line break so it lost hot water. Checked out after 1 night will probably give the property to the north a shot or pay the difference out of pocket to stay downtown at the kimpton.

  I booked a room for me and my family to enjoy some time away from home and celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday with a hotel/pool outing. I booked advance through Priceline(non refundable because what can go wrong) for two nights. At the time of booking there was no mention of a $250 incidental fee so I didn't plan on having $250 held for two nights. Upon arrival and noticing the sign I asked for Accommodations because I didn't have any knowledge of the fee when booking. I was told because it was an issue with Priceline I would have to cancel and speak with Priceline about the refund and it had happened to 4 other families before me that same day. When I went to call Priceline to call about the issue my reservation number/trip no longer worked left me without a solution to this unforeseen problem. On top of that mishap when you first walked through the lobby entrance you were met with a sewer like odor which was unbearable. I have let to get a solution. 0/10 experience 1/31

  The entire hotel smells like sewer. The smell is EXTREMELY strong. My room was changed TWICE because poor cleaning. Toliets was filthy, covers had stains and one bed even smelled like piss. Refrigerator had crumbs in and on top of it. Counters had stains, towels had stains, couch was dirty. I had TWO rooms next door from each other, and because they’ve already changed my room twice they couldn’t change it again so one of my rooms was completely unoccupied for two days because no one wanted to sleep in a dirty room. They have so many rules, for the service to be so poor. Ceiling was leaking. Walls was dirty, tub was gross. I wouldn’t recommend or come back even if they gave me a free room. Although i showed management pictures of everything they were still unable to refund me for the unoccupied room. They also have poor customer service. Needs to be shut down.
