  The unit in the room sucks, I was burning up in there with the ac turned all the way down in December. Went and got a fan from the front desk and the fan didn’t work 😂😂 The lady was really nice at the front desk and she offered to move me rooms the first time I Brought it up but meh. Also didn’t feel like going back downstairs and asking for a new fan. They offer breakfast, have a pool, have laundry units you can use, etc. With better ac could be a good place

  Arrival: 1. Shuttle service from airport good 2. Check in good 3. Room good 4. Food drink selection good First day: 1. Breakfast selections and warm/cold expectations good 2. I greeted one attendant, she greeted in return. I wish I knew her name. She is the taller of the 2. 3. Shorter person, maybe a little less than 5' and some heavier makeup (that's not a problem, just a descriptor for identification). Cold as ice. No smile, zooms right past with no acknowledgement. 4. Room not made up by 3:45. a. I asked at the front desk about the schedule at around noon. Not bad. b. I was told the housekeeping staff did not know that they could enter. Thinking this might be my error, I checked the privacy indicator. My 'not ready yet' sign was inside. c. I came down again at about 1:30 because now there was not even a cart in the hallway that time. d. Although there was no longer a cart in the hallway, I was told that the staff was in Room 2039 (mine is 2043). Great! Why don't they do mine, and then go back to 2041. e. I went to Burger King. That receipt has a 1:48:57 PM time stamp. f. I came back about 2:30. Room not touched. No cart in the hallway. g. I am told that the housekeeping staff cannot skip over rooms or they will get into trouble. h. I am told that the staff has until 4PM to complete service. I. I have told the front desk person that I really need to get some rest before my evening plans. Still the 4:PM answer. j. It was 3:50 when I went to the front desk again and asked that I now did not want service because I really needed to rest. No cart im the hallway. At that point, my rest period would be only 1-1/2 hours instead of from 1:30 until 5:15. k. Now. I am doing this review instead of resting because I am not likely to hear my alarm. I have 2 more nights staying here before returning home. Would I recommend this hotel? No.

  Great value and quality rooms, elevator was broken but just a coincidence, amazing stay.

  Our room air conditioning did not work.. the room was hot and it’s 30 outside. Our room was next to the pool so you had 15-20 kids outside your window screaming til it closed. Fire alarm went off at 730 pm, for apparently no reason. When we asked about changing rooms due to how hot it was we were told there wasn’t anything available (the other rooms air was also not working(but they still booked us ours with it not working!). While in line at the desk another lady’s room also was hot as helll. We were offered fans. If it had not been snowing all night we would have left and gotten another hotel. We asked about refunds but the manager doesn’t work weekends(in what world does a manger get weekends off when it’s your busiest time?). The poor girl working the desk was doing the best she could. She was the only one working! It says no smoking everywhere but just walk down the halls and you can get a contact high! Never again will we stay here. In response to you’re reply… The air conditioning did not work on Fri night either, is was not snowing… looking back at your reviews it seems that this is an on going situation. We would like a full refund .

  This hotel was fine! The reviews made me nervous, but it was exactly what it’d expect from a holiday inn express. Room was fine, the lampshades were falling apart but it didn’t hinder anything. Bathroom was also pretty unremarkable but I opted not to bathe my kids in the tub. Great pool area for littler kids, deepest it goes is 4ft. Hot tub didn’t get very hot. Breakfast was typical breakfast fare, coffee was great, each cup brewed fresh.
