  I use to come here back about 10 years ago. It use to be clean quiet and very comfortable. This time not at all. It was over crowded. We had to park on the street. It was dirty. My room air conditioner was sqeaking loudly. There was hair in my wash cloth, the shower floor was filthy. There were wet towels everywhere in the hallway outside the rooms. My room was over priced and the sink in the bathroom only the hot water worked. I have had some very fond memories of this hotel RIP cause that's over. Everyone find out about it and now it's ratchet lol kids were roaming the halls and all over the gym equipment hanging out no adult supervision. We did not bother going to the swimming pool and jacuzzi even though I was really looking forward to that part..

  THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE! I don’t normally write these, but I feel compelled to base on our experience with this place. Should have known when I pulled in and parked next to an SUV with several bullet holes in the door. Walked in and the place was being renovated, which is not a big deal, but was hit by a wave of weed smoke as soon as we came through the door. Got to our room and the heat was blaring, and the room temp was near 80 degrees. The thermostat mounted on the wall unit was the dial type, and when I set it on the coolest setting with the fan on high it only blew hotter air. I have 3 kids under 11 so of course they wanted to use the pool, which was jam packed, so we headed there. After my son’s foot went through the grate on the floor drain, they called it a night. Returned to our room and it was even hotter. Went to the front desk and informed them of the heat. The lady told me their maintenance person went home for the day, they didn’t have another room available, they didn’t have a fan I could borrow, and I couldn’t be refunded because we booked through Priceline. We ended up leaving, and when we tried getting refunded through Priceline they called the employee who lied and said we didn’t try to remedy the situation somehow. We have tried several times thru Priceline to get our refund and each time they call the hotel they say there isn’t a manager working and can’t refund us. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

  The hotel is doing construction i travel and work nights was woken from the constant hammering housekeeping entered my room multiple times without my permission while having a do not disturb sign on door I will never stay at this hotel again
