  Rooms and good and location is decent, lady at the front desk is very unhelpful and rude

  WOW!!! To all the would be prey to this “establishment”, I should have done a better job at researching the businesses I patronized because as you can see in the photo of a sofa sleeper with no sheets 🤔 I asked if they had a smoking room/area and the front desk person went into a entire speech about a $700+ fee for smoking in the room and all I needed was a simple no (I’m a 67 yr old military veteran that doesn’t need a speech from a b5:,7) but I digress 😔 I challenge you to call this fine establishment at any time of the day on any day and they don’t answer the phone and when they do you will receive the coldest response if you call repeatedly the way I did to find out when they would be releasing my $50 fee/charge/deposit back 🤦‍♀️ I stayed at their location in Dallas or New York and had the best experience possible and the front desk person told me that the owner of this location has seven hotels and I believe her because it was clear he hadn’t spent any time at this location making sure it was at the standards of my experience in the other location. I look forward to the time when you can give reviews with zero stars 🤔

  Dont do it there's much better hotels in the area. The management here is terrible.

  The location was necessary for us as we were flying out first thing in the morning. However, when we arrived to our room, the heat was set at 87 degrees and it was a sauna. We could not get the heat to turn down so we shut it off. Unfortunately, we were on the 5th floor (highest level) and heat rises so our room remained hot. The water pressure was next to nothing, the toilet would not flush unless a strong man pushed down the lever, the towels had brown stains on them, and instead of shampoo and conditioner, there were two shampoos..not good for my thick hair. The beds were rock solid so needless to say, we did not sleep the entire time we were there (9 pm - 5 am). When we went down to the front desk to turn in our keys, the worker was on her phone and didn’t even look up at us. We had to get her attention to let her know we were standing there with our keys. She continued to remain on her phone and may have muttered “thanks”, not sure as I continued walking towards the door as my husband stood there there trying to get her to engage. Will be finding another hotel next time.

  Absolutely horrible so we decided to turn around and leave. The cleaning guy for some reason manually locked the front door in front of us. Two guests walking out almost got trapped by the door. Then the door shut completely. We waved and knocked on the window for a good give minutes. The front desk lady stood right there completely disconnected from the physical world. Terrible service. I had to find a window closer to her and almost smashed the window to get her attention. Very rude and unprofessional when I finally asked her what was going on. She carried an attitude and played the typical "I don't know, not my problem" card.
