  these rooms aren’t clean, i found used hair products on the floor along with someone’s old food on the floor as well, they allow children to run and scream at all times with nothing being said to the parents and the pool area wasn’t touched by any cleaning staff for the whole week i stayed, the first day i got there i set a towel down and it never got picked up

  Poor up keep, out dated. Toilets to short, and couldn't get it to shut off. Door keys kept deactivating, to the point of moving to different room. Swim area very cold maybe 62 degrees.had to ware warmer cloths after you came out. Roof leaking water dripping on us. We booked because said had bar restaurant in hotel but closed tell end of December. Management could of told us that when we asked, they said it was open liars.

  We stayed here three times but I think I’m done staying here. This last time our bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Luckily I brought my cleaning supplies, I just cleaned it because I didn’t feel like going to another room, I was tired. Posted a pic, that towel was there when we got there, all crusty and dirty. Also, the breakfast is never good. Never.

  All I can say it DON’T stay here!! During our stay, my family and I experienced multiple serious issues that made our visit extremely stressful and unsafe: 1. **Broken AC and Mini-Fridge:** The air conditioning in my daughters room was not working, and the mini-fridge was completely non-functional. As a breastfeeding mother, she relies on a working refrigerator to safely store expressed breast milk. This failure was distressing and unacceptable. When we reported these issues to the front desk, the staff dismissed our concerns and simply said it was “a good thing” that the adjoining room’s (my room) fridge worked. No solution or replacement was offered. They had to use my fridge next door and adjust their air conditioning just to cool our own room. Also there is a light right outside the window that shines directly in the window not at the ground and it was only a few feet from the window that was extremely bright all night even with the blinds drawn. 2. **Lack of Response and Accountability:** We were told that corporate would be contacted about issuing a refund for our room, but we have not received any communication or resolution. 3. **Serious Safety Incident at the Pool:** While attempting to use the hotel pool with our two young children (an eight-month-old and a two-year-old), we had to leave after only a few minutes due to unsafe and uncontrolled conditions. The pool was overcrowded with unsupervised children jumping in and out recklessly, nearly causing my eight-month-old to drown. We immediately notified hotel staff about the unsafe situation, but we were told that there was “nothing they could do” because it was “swim at your own risk.” This response was completely inadequate given the severity of the safety risk to children. A hotel has a duty to maintain safe conditions on its property, especially in an area like a swimming pool. 4. **Lost Engagement Ring and Privacy Breach:** After we checked out, my daughter realized that Ishe had accidentally left her engagement ring on the bathroom counter. We contacted the hotel immediately and followed their instructions to send a UPS label so the ring could be shipped back. Instead, we received someone else’s wedding ring. When we called to report the mistake, we were told we would need to pay for another label to return the ring, which we refused. And I told them when they sent me a return label I would gladly send it back. And what ended up happening is the other owner sent me a label to send hers back. And she had hers back in teo days and we waited almost another week and half before your staff resturned our and that was only after i repeatedly called and complained and even was hung up several times. In doing all the they made matters even worse, the hotel shared my personal contact information with the owner of the other ring, who texted me directly. This is a clear violation of privacy and data protection and completely unacceptable.

  Don’t believe the ratings. This place is a run down dump that smells funny and feels dirty. It’s also really loud. Cheapest windows and coverings I’ve ever seen in a best western. Terrible is barely adequate to describe it.
