At 7:45am called front desk no hair dryer in our room was told housekeeping could have 1 delivered by 9:00, why couldn’t they go to an unaccompanied room and deliver one, said we needed to be check out by 9:00. Continued to call front desk would not answer our call.., at 9:00 delivered the hair dryer. Do to this way behind our departure time. Simple remedy turned into an absolutely horrible stay experience
- NWNancy Witte-DycusNov 9, 20251.0Worst gross stay. We checked in late. Upon arrival I saw all kinds of Dog "don't" signs. Love dogs but I am extremely allergic. I told the woman that I was concerned told her that it was a problem. She told me not to worry they do a deep clean. Got to the room and it smelled of 20 year old dog and cigarette smoke covered with room freshner. The place was dirty, stains on the seats and gross of all was the mystery spots on the mattress. (I always check for bed bugs.) The furnace came on with a bang/rumble every other hour. On top of the unclean room we got no sleep. Toilet did not flush. The shower was not clean and the shower head was gross. We found another hotel and moved. However we were exhausted for our convention and no sleep. I would never stay at this property. Now I am fighting upper respiratory because of the unclean and dog dander and mold. I don't care so much about the chipped furniture. But bodily fluid stains on chairs and a nasty mattress was more than I could stand. Gold member with IHG. First picture was makeup remover that was so old it was discolored and smelled bad. 2nd picture the stains on the mattress. 3rd picture is one of the chairs in the room.

- SSShaday SmithOct 20, 20251.0Stayed 5 days primarily for kitchenette. However, the building is old, only 1 eye on stove worked. Couch had disgusting stains so we covered it with a sheet. Toilet and tub old and dirty. Never got new towels. Pool/jacuzzi is dirty and disgusting. Couldn't swim entire stay. Also, my gold band was lost and reported to management 2 days after my stay. Manager Troy did not apologize or even show effort to look for ring. Don't stay here. They don't deserve your money.
