- NWNancy Witte-DycusNov 9, 20251.0Worst gross stay. We checked in late. Upon arrival I saw all kinds of Dog "don't" signs. Love dogs but I am extremely allergic. I told the woman that I was concerned told her that it was a problem. She told me not to worry they do a deep clean. Got to the room and it smelled of 20 year old dog and cigarette smoke covered with room freshner. The place was dirty, stains on the seats and gross of all was the mystery spots on the mattress. (I always check for bed bugs.) The furnace came on with a bang/rumble every other hour. On top of the unclean room we got no sleep. Toilet did not flush. The shower was not clean and the shower head was gross. We found another hotel and moved. However we were exhausted for our convention and no sleep. I would never stay at this property. Now I am fighting upper respiratory because of the unclean and dog dander and mold. I don't care so much about the chipped furniture. But bodily fluid stains on chairs and a nasty mattress was more than I could stand. Gold member with IHG. First picture was makeup remover that was so old it was discolored and smelled bad. 2nd picture the stains on the mattress. 3rd picture is one of the chairs in the room.
