Reason I am leaving four stars was because while we were sleeping the cleaning lady walked into our room even though the do not disturb sign was on the door.

We are here for a soccer tournament and every single employee worked so hard to keep up with everything all weekend. The hotel is clean, pool area is nice, great work out area, no complaints.
