- EHerika hernandezMar 16, 20261.0Would not recommend!!!! They had no water when we arrived didn’t let us know ahead of time or even when we got there. There was no internet on the tv. Also charged me 50$ for wiping my makeup on a small wash cloth . Not a friendly staff and the elevator is super sketchy.

- AGAlissa GrimesMar 8, 20261.0Called ahead and was told open swim was $8 per person. We showed up about an hour later and were suddenly told it was $10 per person. Raising the price within an hour after already quoting customers is incredibly shady. The lady at the desk stated the manager told her she raised the price because we called and was expecting us to come. It’s not about the extra $2 — but it shows a lack of honesty and consistency. Definitely left a bad impression. If this is how they treat people before they even walk in the door, I wouldn’t trust anything else they say. Definitely won't be back.
- DADJ AJan 30, 20264.0Its good value for the price. I was there during the week so I never experienced the loud pool noises others have reported. Beds were fine and the room was clean. I would say the continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but there are options very close to the hotel where you can get breakfast if you eat it. I'd come back for sure.
