    Very disappointing stay. The front desk staff were short and rude, and the housekeeping staff were unhelpful and almost avoidant. We were not notified before arrival that the pool was closed, which was a major reason for choosing this hotel. The hallway smelled strongly of sewage, making the entire stay unpleasant. To make matters worse, the ice machine was broken, and the one that did work dispensed ice with black debris in it, which is completely unacceptable. There is nothing to do onsite if you don’t already have plans your whole trip. The lobby is small, uncomfortable, and there are no real common areas for guests to gather or relax. Overall, this place feels unclean and poorly managed. This is not a good choice for families or groups of friends, and I would not stay here again.

    Save your money, get a cheaper hotel elsewhere. They advertise a great pool area but no price adjustment when they close it for maintenance. Tack on another $16 a person because breakfast just isn’t included?? A joke

    The pool has been closed for 5 yrs., and doesn’t sound like it will reopen soon. A standoff between them and the city. I’m glad I called ahead to check, they should just let people know or take it off the webpage.

    Well, after a unprofessional checkin, by staff that do not care about customer service nor do they know the difference between a pet and a service animal. Hopefully they will be retrained. Was honestly probably the worst checkin we've ever delt with with a IHG Hotel. The room was definitely not cleaned the way they swore up and down they cleaned them. There is more complaints that will directly to IHG. But it us a hotel we won't use again. It is also way outdated compared to any Holiday Inn we've been to yet.

    Service was nice. Location isn’t horrible. The issues that I experienced here were I found blood on my sheets/linen. Was then moved to another room I then found ROACHES before I could even put my bags down.
