- KGKim GrunwaldFeb 17, 20263.0The beds are super high off the ground. There is nowhere to sit besides on the beds. There is only a barn door to the bathroom no privacy when using the bathroom. Rooms are super small. Not easy to relax when you have nowhere to sit.
- ASAmanda StanglFeb 1, 20261.0Towels in room had fresh makeup stains. Obviously not washed and they told us upon check-in their laundry room hasn't been operational due to a frozen water pipe. We were awaken at 147am by the fire alarm screaming, had to evacuate the building in 6 degree temperature in our pj's with kids. There was no communication from the employees, no assistance, they avoided us and seemed lost. It was obvious there was no emergency plan in place. We sat in our cars for 45mins when the fire trucks left we were told by other guests we could go back to our rooms. Hotel was flooded from the fires sprinkler system, again no communication, options offered or explanation from any employee we had no idea if we were safe or not. Rooms had no running water and electric was damaged from water so it seemed ridiculous to stay, again employees offered no options or compensation. We collected our belongings and checked-out at 3am, employees were still unprepared, confused and acting annoyed over the situation.
