  Great room. The view was incredible on the 6th floor. Comfortable bed that's given me the best nights rest I've had in a long time. Friendly staff and a perfect cup of coffee in the lobby for my morning wake up. Will 100% be staying here again.

  Upon arrival, check in was good, staff was helpful and friendly. Going up elevator, we could hear shouting and running. Our elevator opened to our floor and there were a bunch of young boys playing hockey in the hall with goals and sticks. When we got to our room, it smelt like a combination of a boys locker room and a leaky cellar. As we got settled, I took my shoes off only to discover that my socks kept getting soaked anytime I stepped in the entry way or tried walking to the bathroom. The rug was wet wall to wall and right up to the start of the bed. The bathroom smelt horrible of musk and mold (had to keep it shut the entire stay). Beds were fortunately clean but very uncomfortable. The ceiling above the heater and window revealed obvious signs of past water damage (2 large bubbles that had holes through the center). Didn't bother staying for breakfast... got up and left as soon as we woke. I notified staff of the wet floor upon check out.

  The building is cold. Hallways did not have the heat on and its November.

  Front desk staff were great, personable. Housekeeping staff was questionable at best. The 2 we came in contact with, one in the hallway and another in the elevator, smelled of marijuana and BO. the rooms were 'clean' just many repairs that needed to be completed. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable! Side note: The whole building is excessively cold.
