  What a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Manitowoc! A girls weekend to see the Glam Band at the Capitol Capitol Civic Center. Our host, Gary was a pleasure to visit with. He made sure we got safely to and from our evening out. He was a wealth of information about the local area as well. We would definitely recommend!

  The Holiday Inn Manitowoc exceeded our expectations; we had a family member in the hospital, and we needed a hotel that was nearby. The manager Jackie was understanding and attentive, friendly, and professional. The hotel was clean and breakfast was fresh and delicious; I highly recommend this hotel.

  One of the grossest experiences I have had when staying at a hotel. Everything seemed fine until I tried to go to the bathroom and discovered the filth on the toilet (see picture). I went downstairs with no intention of being upset. I told the front desk what it looked like and provided this picture. She goes, "oh my, that is dirty", to which I replied "Is there some way we can get it clean?" She goes in the back and I can hear her talking....She then proceeds to come out with a spray bottle of cleaner and a rag....I was so dumbfounded, all I could do is saunter back to my room and contemplate my next move. I thought maybe I could clean it and just be done with it, but the bottle she gave me didn't even work. So back down to the front desk I went to see if I could get a different room. She obliged and gave me the room right next door. I transferred all of my stuff and took a look at the new bathroom and while the toilet was in no way the same as what you see here, the rest of the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Cobwebs on lights, rust spots, dirt along grout lines, and the sink backed up with ease. Which makes me wonder how clean everything else was....I slept on the bed with my clothes on and put all of the pillows on the floor. There was no waiting for breakfast either given what I had seen in terms of cleanliness....Where there's smoke, there's fire....When 4AM hit, I took the quickest shower I could and hit the road. Anyone who is looking to use this hotel should think twice.

  Dingy walls gross floors. BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!! needs to be burnt down!!!!!!!!!! Jackie the manager was very nice.......

  We enjoyed the staff they were very nice but I found a freaking bed bug in my bed😱😭.... 3/11/2026........
