  As a loyal Hilton Honors member who frequently stays at Home2 Suites properties nationwide, I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Home2 Suites Madison East. Check in was disorganized and the associate initially could not locate my reservation, even asking if it was under a completely different name after I had already provided my full name. I was also not offered the complimentary water typically extended to Honors members and had to return to request it. The most concerning issue was breakfast service. The breakfast area was severely unorganized and poorly maintained. Multiple food items were empty and never replenished. There were no forks available and no standard cups stocked. Guests were using the small waffle batter cups to drink juice. Dirty dishes were piled up and the area appeared unmanaged. Several guests, including myself, waited 15 to 20 minutes to see if items would be restocked. Nothing changed. Many guests left the property to purchase breakfast elsewhere. I ultimately had to do the same, despite complimentary breakfast being advertised as part of the stay. This experience did not reflect Hilton brand standards. Franchise ownership is not an excuse for failing to deliver advertised amenities. I have photographs documenting the condition of the breakfast area and hope management takes corrective action.

  Don't plan on a quick check in experience and DEFINITELY skip the free breakfast. Long line to check in, only 1 person working, room wasn't ready for us, then gave us a room we didn't book. Everything in the breakfast area was chaos. No juice (the staff said its broken), they ran out of eggs and sausage (Staff person said she didn't even know what to say). Ran out of coffee creamer. The dirty dish pile was overflowing from a cart parked by the coffee station. Disgusting. Oh, and we requested dishwasher detergent for the room last night and still have not received any.
