Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had two connecting rooms with multiple kids, and everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our family. The hotel continues to be very kid-friendly, our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated how well it was monitored. For what it offers, the hotel provides really good value. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

So you'll have kids running and playing throughout the hotel and especially in the pool area. Our room had direct access to the pool from the 'back door'. One challenge with the rooms is that there was no window in the room. It's always nice to wake up to morning light. The door, which is blacked out for privacy, leads to the pool area. Again, the service was great, and the rooms and hotel were clean. For a family with young kids, this is a good place.

The breakfast is better than most hotels I have been in. I particularly like the urn with iced water in the lobby. In the morning the urn contains coffee.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the breakfast options were solid. Only minor downside was limited parking, but everything else was great. 4 stars!
