Buffet breakfast was great, but not included with your stay; and the fact that you can only pay with a card, not charge to the room or pay cash wasn't ideal. But overall, the hotel was clean and my family enjoyed it - we stayed for a sports tournament in Sun Prairie and it was a great location.

Front desk just asked us to wait an extra hour for the water heater to catch up.

No smile, not welcomed, not recognized as ihg member. The receptionist seemed like she didn't want to be there. It was the same when we checked out with her. Give her a $200 gift card to pay for part of room. After a couple of minutes she gave back gift card asked if worked she said yes. Gave my other card to pay balance. Received our card statement & it was charged for the whole amount. Thank goodness we still have $200 gift card. Never recommend this hotel because of customer service is terrible.
