I have never stayed at a Hilton I was here two nights and was very disappointed. I thought for sure the bed would be awesome because it's a Hilton I was way wrong the bed was hard and not comfortable and all the pillows were bad as well as soon as you layed on it ,it went flat as a pancake.i asked for a tub room cuz I like taking baths but the stopper thing was broken and maintenance could not fix it . The AC did not work just the fan . On the second night I asked their maintenance to take a look I needed air .he fix it but it only worked for 20 min. I also thought they had free breakfast but they did not they don't even have free coffee in the lobby ..

I have stayed here twice in the last year and enjoyed it. Location is excellent. Attached underground parking and attached walk-way to Monona Terrace are huge perks. Bed was a bit firm for my liking, but still slept fine. Enjoyed the loud fan in the room as white noise. Would return

Initially, I was thinking 4 stars but the clean rooms, friendly service and lake views warranty 5 stars.

The only reason I didn’t give this place a 5 star is because of the tiny, dated pool and hot tub. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole hotel smelled great and had a cozy atmosphere even in the lobby. The location had a great view and the neighborhood is beautiful, walkable & easy to navigate. My daughter and I were in town overnight for a concert at the Majestic Theater. The venue was a few minutes walk away, as well as restaurants, a few bars & the waterfront. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town! 😊
