Das Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam und freundlich, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive, das sehr großzügig und lecker ist – eine feine Auswahl und stets frisch aufgefüllt. Besonders beeindruckend war, dass sogar der Hotelmanager selbst beim Frühstück mithilft, Kaffee nachschenkt und sich Zeit für die Gäste nimmt. Er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was wir in und um Madison noch unternehmen können – dafür ein großes Dankeschön! Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Die Garage direkt im Hotel ist äußerst praktisch, und die Atmosphäre insgesamt ist einfach angenehm. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder – vielen Dank an das ganze Team für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Auch der Fitnessraum ist top und am Morgen angenehm ruhig. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! 💪🍳🥐
