The hotel is an older style Hampton with masonry floors and ceilings which make for a smaller room, but very quiet. The rooms are nice but, as stated, on the smaller size. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants. There are several low end hotels around this location but I have never had any safety issues.

I appreciate the complementary breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for the above reasons, and also because it is very close to the interstate highway.
- SMs mSep 17, 20251.0Vanessa was the most unprofessional front desk clerk I’ve ever encountered. I attempted to print two legal documents totaling 70 pages (worth less than $1 in paper). The printer ran out of paper, and when I asked Vanessa, she gave me only 5 sheets. When I needed 5 more, she refused, telling me to “go to FedEx.” Vanessa did not understand what PII meant, even after I explained my documents contained sensitive legal information now stuck in the print queue. Vanessa refused to provide more paper, cancel the job, or promptly contact a supervisor—repeatedly saying “you are not my boss” and even suggesting I “wave at the camera.” This immature behavior was shocking for a Hilton employee. As a frequent international Hilton guest, I’ve never experienced such poor service. I strongly suggest staff training on (1) handling PII, (2) basic customer service, and (3) problem-solving. If paper misuse is an issue, secure the business center for adult guests rather than denying reasonable requests.

Although the room was tiny and not functional- couldn’t pull out the desk chair enough to sit on it, bed was in front of mirror. The mattress was also not great. Cheap spring mattress. However it was very quiet, clean, and staff was nice. Just not super impressed with the room since it was relatively expensive.

He got me signed up for rewards to help me get a discount and gave me all the information I could have needed about food and transportation. Room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very fair!
