- JJJer JDec 19, 20255.0Overall, an excellent experience. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice. The shower pressure was slightly low. The lobby was nicely decorated, and there were crayons for coloring and several board games for families to play. The pool and hot tub were clean and pleasant. I really liked the pool area, and there is a big window into the breakfast area, which is nice. The breakfast was good, and had a nice range of hours, 6:00 to 10:00. The only negative I can include is the price. It was slightly high for the value.

It's a bit older but nicely remodeled and smelled nice and had all the regular Hampton Inn amenities. We stayed here before a flight out of MSN, due to it's proximity to the airport. On the 4th floor we had a bit of trouble with the hot water not being very 'hot' and poor pressure, but that's typical for an upper floor. The bathroom products included were fanstastic!
