Not a great experience at checkin. She didn't provide me with my breakfast tickets or explain any additional benefits i would be receiving as a gold member. Craig and the other bartenders were great! Jose was very attentive with guests and did a good job at professionally asking a person that walked in off the street, " how can I help you?" Even though the person wasn't staying at the hotel and just trying to get free food, Jose treated the person professionally.

Great property. Nice rooms. The pool was cold and we had to ask about adjusting the temp. Overall I would stay again. The restaurant had a great layout.

Great location! Out of the downtown craziness but close enough for a quick drive or Uber ride. Spacious bar and dining area and spacious entry. Very high end.

Nice hotel, location and rooms, only issue was the shower, the water would not get hot, or even warm, I took a shower came out a little warm and then blasted out nothing but cold water I was screaming for my life shivering in the shower trapped in the corner

We stayed here in mid-October around the college homecoming weekend. At first, everything seemed fine — the bar area was nice, the rooms were decent, and the pool was warm and clean. However, our first night completely changed our experience. When we were getting ready for bed, we noticed under the light that the bed sheets looked discolored, almost as if they had mold on them. We called the front desk, and the woman working the night shift was extremely rude. She interrupted me, said “I know, ma’am, you already repeated yourself,” laughed, and then hung up on me. We went downstairs to show the blanket in person, and she continued to be dismissive and unprofessional. We never got her name, but she was an African-American woman working the night shift that evening — and she was also working the following night when we saw her again. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, especially for a Hilton, where we paid close to $1,000 for two nights. Thankfully, another woman at the front desk (white, blonde hair) was very kind and professional. She calmly came up to our room with fresh blankets, which looked perfectly fine. She mentioned it might just be the filling inside the bedding, but to us, it definitely looked like mold. Regardless, she handled everything respectfully and made an effort to make things right — which we truly appreciated. Overall, the kindness of that second staff member was the only positive part of that experience. The behavior of the other night-shift employee was completely unprofessional and embarrassing for a Hilton property. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue — guests paying this much deserve better.
