- DCDominique CharleyDec 28, 20251.0The two woman at the counter were very rude. I tried to get in the door 5 times before they did any customer service. When they did use the phone to make contact, I asked to be let in for my reservation and she kept asking “how can I help you”. The sign said the door locks at 11pm but it was only 10:30pm. The room smelled like feet. There was no buffet when we got there around 8:30am even tho they said there would be. Will not be staying at anymore doubletrees even tho I am a Hilton honors member.

Check in staff are phenomenal (Keisha) and older gentleman in the morning. Food is really good at restaurant, lunch & dinner. Hotel is clean, quiet and conveniently located next to many restaurants and stores. Will stay again, no problem.

- MBMarc BarrowcliftDec 1, 20255.0Our evening flight out of Madison was canceled after 6+ hours of delays due to a snow storm, leaving us with no other option than to find accommodations for the night nearby. We chose this on a whim and arrived in an understandably sour mood. This was the oasis we needed. The premises were clean and fairly impressive for the booking price. The attendant manning the front desk at ~1AM when we arrived was cheerful, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast in the morning was good and had shockingly attentive servers. While we only stayed for a brief ~7 hours, my spouse and I were extremely pleased with our stay. If you find yourself in the area for leisure or similarly find yourself stuck in the middle of the night due to a canceled flight like we were, this is the place.
