- HLHelen LokarJan 2, 20265.0Stayed here on December 24th Christmas Eve. The desk clerk was very nice and helped us get checked in. She told us about the shuttle service and various food options they had since their restaurant was closed due to it being a holiday. Our room was very clean and nice. We decided to use the shuttle service to go get something for dinner. They had sandwiches and lots of other options for us to choose from but we decided to go out because we wanted a hot meal. We picked a place that was open but was out of the area the shuttle went. But because the shuttle driver wasn't busy they took us to our dining place. The driver was excellent and we had a great conversation. As we were heading to our dining destination I could see so many other places open for business on Christmas Eve that were closer to our hotel. I felt bad that our driver had to go so far out of the way to accomidate our dining choice. Next time I will do a better search for restaurants closer to our hotel. The service was top notch by the hotel staff. Our room was great. Nice and quiet hotel. Highly recommend this place. Nice and close to Meriter Hospital.

I needed a ride and the manager went above and beyond to drive me where I needed to go even though it was outside of their specified range. Not saying they will do this for everyone but just one example of the customer service this staff shows. I have stayed here many times and have always been treated with kindness and respect and the staff seems to take a pride in running a good business. Will stay again. Clean and no problems at all.

They have convinient Shuttle service to and from Airport. Austin dropped us at the Airport. Very nice person to have nice conversation with.

The staff was very friendly. When we checked in, they gave us each a complimentary chocolate chip cookie, warm in the bag, it was delicious 😋. Also bottles of water. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. If I ever need to stay in Madison again, I will book here.
