As we walked in, the lobby was large and the Christmas tree in the corner was beautiful, set next to some sofas. It was very warm and inviting and it made you feel like someone was welcoming you into their home. It was clean, friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. It wasn't perfect but the best I have seen in a long time. They serve you a fresh breakfast made by a real person. There are 3 different breakfasts you can choose from, which was a really nice change. This area was always kept extremely clean. While I was there, a bunch of people were actually having a Thanksgiving meal there. Due to a huge crack in the tub and the lining on the bottom of the tub. I took a bath because it had one of those reclining shapes (those are the best for relaxation), but the texture was so sharp that when I tried to get out of the tub, it was like wrestling with a shark! It was really rough. The only other issue I had was the locations of the ice machines. There is one located at the very end of the hall and should be placed in the middle of all the rooms by the elevator for convenience . Since I was on the other end and have a really bad knee, this was a HUGE inconvenience for me. Other than that, it was really great.
