First time visiting here. About a 10 minute drive to downtown Madison. Not busy in late February.
The bedroom had a king-size bed in a large, fully closed room, wirh two nightstands and lamps, a bureau with large tv, and an exterior window. The living room had a comfortable sofa, two side tables with lamps, small dining table with 2 chairs, a sofa table. It was well-lit. All lamps had usb ports. Private bathroom with a large bathtub/shower, sink with large counter. A hallway with a sink and large countertop with a coffee machine with free coffee. In the bedroom was also a small fridge and microwave. Included was an iron and ironing board.
The room were very clean, warm and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The window overlooked the back of a building.
Ample parking adjacent to the hotel.
Free breakfast. Coffee unlimited 24 hours a day. Breakfast selections included good quality bagels, muffins, toast, with optional peanut butter, jams, honey, dry cereals and milk, oats with optional chocolate chips and raisins, fresh fruit (apples, oranges), good orange juice and apple juice. Also included was a choice of either French toast, pancakes or your choice of eggs, made as you wait. Included was bacon or chicken sausages.

A small market for midnight snacks.
Customer service was great. Thanks Steve.
For 4 nights I paid about $300.
Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable and competitive prices.
Overall an excellent hotel, and a hotel I will definitely return to on succeeding visits.
