    ****Update as of 1/5/2026, after speaking with the hotel front desk over a week ago if not going on two weeks I was informed that a manager would reach out to me, still have yet to hear from anybody. I did express to the front desk personnel that I had personal items missing and my things had been gone through but the hotel still has yet to reach out to discuss it.****I stayed here earlier this month, nice rooms, wonderful location and staff. Downfall I had an item of mine purchased in WI that was stolen from my room. I did not realize it until I got home and unpacked my luggage. Super disappointed and will never stay at this location if I travel to WI again.

    Staying at the Park Hotel was by far the best stay I've ever had. The staff were so welcoming, we felt like family at the end of our stay. Paul, the manager, gave us a great tour with a very enthusiastic history lesson about the hotel and Madison. Krystal, Nelly and Kim at the front desk always took great care and were so friendly. Elliot, a valet, got us to airport with time to spare. Lastly, Alex went the extra mile, helping with our luggage, friendly conversation and he offered great recommendations. I can't wait to visit again.

    The staff repeatedly went out of their way to make my stay perfect. I was able to get a room with a fantastic view, get shuttle service to and from the airport and grab excellent food from their restaurant.
