- JLJ Liang2 days ago4.0Stayed here for one night. Checked in late as we were coming from another state. Main office was nice and checked us in quickly. The whole place is under construction, which we had no idea about. We had to walk around the whole building to find an entrance to check-in. Not a big deal, but maybe a courtesy email to notify guests of this would be nice. The hotel feels like you're walking into a construction zone, however, inside of the rooms aren't affected. They were nice and clean. There's also signage to help navigate you through the hotel to the main office, breakfast/dinner, etc. Breakfast was complimentary, no complaints. Free parking on site. Free Wi-Fi. Overall, a decent quick stay for our family.

Haven't stayed anywhere else for the 3 years we've been coming up for Transplant Clinic, or illnesses unexpectedly and you end up staying 5 days instead of 2....they were very accommodating to all our needs!!
- JHJulie HansonDec 30, 20255.0My hubby is doing treatments at the University Hospital down the road throughout the week and we are fortunate enough to be given a grant to stay at the Best Western Inn Towner during this time. The staff have been beautifully accommodating, kind, and flexible, as his treatment was done early on Monday. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, the continental breakfast is amazing, with just a minimal amount of construction in the hallways and front lobby. There is plenty of handicapped parking and it is handicapped accessible.

I left the hospital to see if the Best Western had availability. I parked by the main entrance only to find it taped off with a sign saying please enter in the rear. It was freezing cold and not plowed well for a substitute entrance. They said they had one room available because they were renovating. They checked me in and took my credit card info in a make shift lobby....I could have gotten high from the smell of weed. It smelled like they had been smoking it. One of them ran up to check the room...because it was labeled "clean / inspect," or something like that. He came down after I was checked in and said sorry the room is not clean. We don't have anything else...seriously? It took a half hour to figure that out? I had to drive to another hotel and finally checked in at 2:45am there. I was so disappointed, I have stayed at this hotel previously and had nothing but great service but this was the worst.
