He not only took care to cancel with Travelocity, but he reassured me their hotel policy was a 24 hour cancelation policy. Joe also was personable, empathetic, and quick. Thank you, Joe.
- AJAnn JoFeb 20, 20261.0Words cannot describe all the things I witnessed at this hotel. Drug use in the bathroom next to the pool. Drug paraphernalia laying around in the public bathrooms. Shady people in the hotel all hours of the day and night. The person working overnights just handing key cards out with out checking IDs. Doors being propped open letting people freely into the hotel after hours. Rooms that are in desperate need of cleaning and updates. This place is in desperate need of security in place. Safty measures not being addressed for the safety of guests. Expressed our concerns with safety with the hotel staff only to have it fall on deaf ears..

I rebooked my room, a couple nights extra cause I was enjoying it so much but I accidentally rebooked the wrong day once Jennifer C. Working the front desk was very accommodating and worked hard and went out of her way to fix that situation so I was able to stay. Excellent helping service from her 10 out of 10
