  Was here for a one night stay. The hotel is fine in most respects. I do want to comment on what for me was significantly substandard wifi connection. The service was insufficient to handle a zoom call which was critically important for me. I had to use my cellphone service for the entire conference call. Due to the poor internet connectivity I would not recommend this hotel.

  The hotel is in a great location. It is a large room which is nice because I’m on a 5 night stay. The room seems to have been newly renovated. I do have some things that did detract from my stay. First and foremost, these are the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever tried to sleep on. They are smaller (shorter) than a standard single sized pillow and they are very hard. I feel like I’m trying to sleep on decorative couch pillows. I actually considered buying myself a pillow to use while I’m here. I can’t get comfortable. The bottom sheet is worn and pilly. Overall it’s an uncomfortable night’s sleep, which is why I gave three stars for “rooms”Staff is pleasant.

  Convenient location but wow this place needs a lot of work. I can’t stand how all the rooms have these hideous 5000K or colder color temperature to the lights, makes it feel like I’m inside a Hospital, not very cozy at all. The main elevator is always super slow and scary sounding, but halfway through the stay it went out of order and we had to use the backup elevator in the rear, which was the furthest from the room too. The pool room is nearing shambles, peeling paint etc everywhere, no Large towels available to dry off. The eggs at breakfast suck (a step up from the dust from a box?), only one other protein available. Other then that? I slept fine. It’s fairly clean. Staff were nice. WiFi worked. Swap all the room’s lightbulbs with 2700-3200K lights and have more/better protein options in breakfast and this place may just finally be fine.

  I can’t say enough good things. The front staff ladies when we walked in were not only so kind and attentive, they were also knowledgeable, and caring. The breakfast staff is exceptional. Housekeeping, above and beyond. We have had to stay in random hotels here while our air is being fixed and this by far, the service here at this hotel was unmatched. And we have stayed in many in Madison and Middleton…Whoever was working the evening of 04.08.26 was by far, above and beyond, and you should know. Thank you again.

  By far worst wi-fi I have ever used in a hotel. Impossible to do anything requiring a stable connection. Constant "network change detected" errors requiring a reload often taking over a minute.
