I stayed here with my family for my daughters first birthday..I had needed a crib because I forgot to pack my daughters pack and play so I went down to the front desk. It was already one in the morning when I asked but I spoke with Max to see if they had one. He managed to find me one no problem and it really saved me!!! He was absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job!!!! Because of this I would definitely recommend this hotel, I use to work hotels so I know late night requests can be tough but he went above and beyond to help me out!!! :]

Extremely disappointed with the lack of upkeep at this property. The rooms are in a state of visible disrepair and fall far short of basic cleanliness standards. The stained toilets were a particular health concern. While we didn't visit the water park, the poor maintenance of the guest rooms significantly eroded our confidence in the facility's overall hygiene and safety protocols. I cannot recommend staying here until a serious renovation and deep-cleaning occurs.

Basically, the rooms were very nice, my room had a kitchen, a bathroom with a good bath tub, a nice porch too! It had a pull out bed and a bedroom! The AC was very loud to not get some of the sleep, but at least it worked! The service was nice, ordering food was easy, calling front desk is easy too! The location overall is nice with great decorations and a waterpark which is kid friendly with a small baby section and a bigger section with a great lazy river, but they need to work on getting leftover rafts back onto it since most are always out. Overall 4/5 stars!

The best parts of this place you will see online, only online. First, we go to check in and our two little kids step up on the stairs to check in, like it shows online and the lady at the front desk completely ignored them. There is no such thing, the front desk is ran by kids who are barely of legal age to work, so they are very non-helpful or professional. We get into the room and check everything out. Fireplace did not work so we called the front desk. They said they would send a technician. The guy comes and says oh it just old, we cannot fix it. I texted the front desk and told them I didnt agree to book a room with a broken fireplace. They apologized and gave me some credits for the arcade (which was a total ripoff). Then two days later we decided to leave the hotel for a few hours, so I texted the front desk to ask for towels, toilet paper and a room refresh. They said no problem and booked me for 11am. We get back at 4pm and the room wasnt touched. I texted the front desk about the disappointment and was told housekeeping was overwhelmed and could not get to it. So we decide to go to the waterpark. We get back about 2 hours later to a freezing cold room, fireplace on and towels and toilet paper on the counter. No note, nothing. They turned the AC way up. After getting out of a waterpark, it was unbearably cold. My two little ones were crying since they were so cold. So we at least stood in front of the fireplace to get out of our wet clothes and changed quickly. Then we try to turn off the fireplace and it wont turn off. I again text the front desk about someone entering our room without us knowing and doing things we didnt ask for, and now the fireplace wont turn off. It was 75 degrees out this day and it was extremely hot in the room. They never responded. I went down to the front desk and they tried to claim no one was in our room. They need to get people to tun this place properly, better then young kids and retirees. I wouldnt waste my time or money going here. This place is all about money and not the slightest bit of hospitality. I tried to contact them to ask for a refund and they told me no, didnt even offer any type of apology. Terrible place and experience.

Rooms were pretty roomy nice. The room was not ready by the 4pm time when we got there. Which was due to being understaffed. Which is understandable. The front desk did offer a choice of a small compensation because the room was not ready yet. Which was nice of them. Rather then them just saying. Oh well, you gotta wait and now be off with you.
The lifeguards seemed attentive but not completely. There was a kid just rushing and ramming through everyone in their way in the lazy river. I almost yelled at him but decided against it. Was probably only about 8 yrs old or so. He was pulling his other siblings some younger and older then him. Very very rude of him. He hit me, which I didnt care, but was hitting my daughter quite often. The lifeguard didnt seem to care much for their misconduct. There was also a kid about maybe 3 or 4 jumped into the bigger pool. He was definitely drowning. I picked him up and put him out of the pool. He went away coughing and crying. The lifeguard also so and I quickly explained it to him that that kid was just drowning. The lifeguard just nodded at me. Like, uhm, a kid was just about to die. Shouldn't you care a little more? Glad the kid was ok though. If I didnt see him, he definitely would have drowned.
We were on the 1st floor and very very close to the pool. Noise after 10pm was quite minimal and sound coming through the walls was not bad at all. So thats definitely a plus. I was worried being so close to the pool that we would be woken up. But no issues. Only issue i would say I had, other the the lifeguards, is the very very slow wifi. Yes I understand hundreds of others are also connected but, could not get anything faster than 12 maps dl. Which was fine. I didnt have my phone while at the pool.
Other than that. I would say the stay was pretty good. And we had a good time. Oh yea, arcade was super expensive. Sorry, I can not recommend. Glad we got free card. But it was used up very very fast lol.
