  Arrived on Saturday in the middle of a weekend conference. Had a room in building 1 with no parking anywhere remotely close to my room. Had to park by golf course clubhouse, about a 30-40 minute walk to my room. With bags, that’s not an easy or fun walk. They should limit parking in lots for those who actually have a room in a nearby building. Had lukewarm water in shower and had no body wash.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Geneva Spa & Resort. The grounds were beautiful, the room was so clean , the spa was relaxing, and the service was excellent. Please try their all you can each brunch! You will not be disappointed with the prime rib. A special shout-out to the sweet baristas — Natasha, Verenice, and Jocelyn who ended my trip on such a warm, uplifting note. Their kindness truly made my experience exceptional. I highly recommend and will be back soon!

  We had such a wonderful stay at the Grand Geneva! The staff was outstanding—so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They even let us check in early and check out late, which made our trip feel extra relaxing. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and gave us great local recommendations. Our room was spotless, and the entire experience was fabulous. We’ll definitely be coming back!

  We did a women's retreat it included meals it was nice. Whoever that chef was at night that cooked the first meal and the last dinner snapped. Carson with a K stepped up and showed out. Whoever the lady was helping our group the boss in charge was lovely so nice and kind and helpful. The manager even stepped up and helped us when a dj was rude to some of the lady's I believe Carlos very nice and helpful.

  My friend and I went to the resort to celebrate birthdays with spa treatments and a night away. We were really looking forward to what we thought would be an extra special spa experience and stay. Our experience was not at all what we expected. The spa was very underwhelming. It is in dire need for renovations, we wouldn't have gone in the hot tub if paid to do so as the water looked filthy ( it was gray/dirty couldn't see through it), the robes were very worn, the "tranquil" room and "relaxation" room were not even close to what the names suggest one being in a brightly lit small room/hallway offering crammed together, sad looking furniture, used blankets, and paper cone cups for water and the other having 2 love seats, 2 tables with chairs, and 2 plastic wicker pool side lounge chairs. The disappointment list just goes on and on and I would not recommend going. Our room was good. Not great, but good. It seemed clean and had comfortable beds. It was lacking though for the price point. For instance, no toiletries besides 3 large pump bottles of shampoo in the shower (that smelled terrible) and a travel size lotion that smelled as bad as the shampoo. Definitely not what you would expect from what is supposed to be a Grand Resort. I would like to give props to our bartender, Michael, at Evolve. He offered great customer service and made some great cocktails!
