  Front desk staff were courteous, professional, and helpful! Hotel was overall very well maintained, rooms as well. Really great bang for your buck with getting a whole suite for the rate I paid. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in La Crosse. Also has the classic complementary breakfast that so many other hotels are getting rid of unfortunately. Five stars for that alone tbh.

  Recently stayed the night in a 2 Bedroom Suite. The main room/kitchen area had a decent amount of space but the two bedrooms themselves were fairly small. Right away we noticed some cream/lotion smeared on the floor by the couch and a cracker wrapper / candy bar also on the floor. We had debated on using the pull out but - seeing the garbage near by - we did not want to chance what might be within. No one got much sleep as the rooms were both really warm (even though I turned down the temp) and the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything going on in the parking lot/stairwell and we must have had a herd of elephants in the room above us. Aside from the room, the hot tub and pool are on the smaller side and the Breakfast only had a handful off standard offerings.

  Our family had a wonderful stay over the recent holidays and we will definitely be back again. Our kids and grandchild had so much fun in the pool and being so close to Rotary Lights was an absolute favorite! No long waits or parking. We also all noticed how friendly and helpful all the staff was during our weekend visit. From the front desk, the breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff - all so friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to greet and offer help and/or assistance. The holiday decor and fireplace were so welcoming!

  I had a wonderful stay at GrandStay in La Crosse! I drove down from MN for a 2-Day concert (Riverfront Revolt). It's a great location downtown. I plan to come back when it's warmer so I can roam around. Love that it's near the water. The room was very clean and spacious. I had a suite and loved that the bedroom is separate. There was a fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Great little room for getting away on the weekend. Also every interaction with staff from the front desk to maintenance to cleaning crew was so upbeat and positive. As an avid single traveler I was extremely impressed. I'll book with them again for my next roadtrip to explore La Crosse! 🤘🎸🥶
