He went above and beyond and found us a lock at a time when everything was closed. Hats off to whoever hired him bc he’s an asset.

The rooms are nice and included a kitchenette and lots of storage. The bed was comfortable and the room included adjustable AC. The lobby included free hot coco and coffee. They also have a gym including some free weights and treadmill. Good location as it’s near other restaurants and stores.

No water no even avl for purchase, no complimentary toiletries like toothpaste n brush, I was informed by IHG team that complementary breakfast avl from 6am but at the time of hotel check-in the front desk informed no breakfast. This is extremely surprising and disappointing at the same time. Why false information was provided.. with all these I could have never booked this hotel for 2 weeks. It's painful and very troublesome stay. The kitchen is too small and compact. Few utensils are provided.The iron to press clothes are full of rust and could damage clothe. Not recommended... Avoid stay at this hotel, if possible. Comparatively Residence Inn is better in the same category but unfortunately not available in Winona or La Crosse area otherwise that would hv been 1st choice.
- EYEsther YimSep 25, 20254.0Stayed for 1 night and was good for the short term stay. Spacious and clean. Kitchenette was nice. It had a glass induction stove that seemed a bit confusing to use (maybe the staff would’ve been helpful if I’d asked, but it didn’t matter since I only was staying for a night and wasn’t cooking). There was a slight, but noticeable buzzing noise from the fridge. The bathroom was ok: there’s a toilet seat cover, water pressure could’ve been stronger but it was tolerable, and few strands of fine blond hair on the shower wall that was missed. Also, there was some shaved beard hair in the bathroom drawer… not the worst thing that I’ve come across but would’ve been nice if that was cleaned up prior to staying the night. The room I stayed in was facing the road and I could hear road noise (specifically motorcyclists when they ride past). It’s not the quietest room/location, but it might be quieter if you get a room facing away from the road.
